  • MATCO is an European market leader in chemicals for the flooring and artificial grass market. Leader in specialty latex compounds and complimentary additives.
  • Centrally located in the heart of Europe and its chemical industry and this within a close proximity to 80% of the European flooring and artificial grass market and ideally located to serve the fast growing EMEA markets.
  • Four well-invested, highly automated and  strategically located manufacturing plants (one in Belgium, 2 in the Netherlands and one in Egypt). Actual production of +80k tons p.a. and having a total production capacity of 200k+ tons.
  • Increased focus on specialty milling capabilities such as curing pastes, antioxidants, coagulants, alternative polymer compounds with applications in a wide range of industries such as bedding, footwear, technical textiles, medical gloves etc.

The group has 18 people with a university degree in chemistry on board…with a combined experience of over 400 years in the chemical industry and over 300 years in the carpet/grass backing business.

MATCO has two fully equipped labs, including a lab coater

MATCO possesses very good network with universities, research centers, trade organizations (ESTC, BACD,…) and governmental support (Vlaio, WBSO,…)
